The objective of this project is the independent. The project focuses on the technical translation of category strategies into actionable sourcing plans, the execution of complex supplier negotiations, and the provision of supplier qualification and performance evaluations. The external contractor shall independently perform the scope of services described below, utilizing the contractor’s own equipment, expertise, and methods to facilitate supply security, financial contribution, and sustainability goals.

The scope of services includes the following defined deliverables, which are independently performed by the external contractor:
A. Strategy Development and Technical Analysis:
- Development and Delivery of comprehensive sourcing strategies for the assigned portfolio based on provided category insights.
- Creation of technical performance metrics and objectives for sourcing initiatives to monitor strategic alignment.
- Preparation of market insight reports and technical data analyses to facilitate the adaptation of category strategies.
- Translation of complex business requirements into documented sourcing plans.
B. Supplier Management and Negotiation Deliverables:
- Performance of complex commercial and technical negotiations, resulting in documented Contract Negotiation Summaries.
- Creation of risk assessment reports and contingency plans to ensure supply security and sustainability.
C. Stakeholder Alignment and Project Documentation:
- Execution and Documentation of sourcing-related project activities within the SAP or Oracle ERP environments.
- Development and Delivery of handover documentation and technical manuals for plant-specific sourcing initiatives.
4. Performance Goal
- The performance of the contractor is directed toward the independent provision of documented sourcing strategies, finalized supplier negotiation results, and verified supplier qualification reports for the assigned portfolio and plant locations.
