(Senior) External Manufacturing Technology Manager (f/m/d)

• Lead day-to-day technical activities for commercial manufacturing
• Projectmanagement related to the commercial production of vaccines
• Conduct technical assessments such as deviations and CAPAs
• Design and implementation of the production and product strategy
• Management of technical risk management and product life cycle in relation to technical transfer or product launches
• Identifying and solving technical problems, troubleshooting
• Change control management
• Review and release of documents such as MBRs, risk analyses, qualification protocols, CMC documents
• Process improvements in collaboration with other departments
• Internal and external interface

• Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred but not required
• Approximately 5 years of professional experience within commercial pharmaceutical production
• Approximately 5 years of professional experience with the formulation and process development of sterile products (ideally vaccines)
• Experience working with external suppliers and/or within a matrix organization
• Experience in packaging is a huge advantage
• Knowledge of cGMP
• Knowledge of approval applications and change requests
• Project management experience
• Very good English
• German is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Hands on mentality

For this position there is a minimum annual gross salary of €65,000 according to the collective agreement on a full time basis. The willingness to overpay depends on qualifications and professional experience and amounts to up to €100,000 gross per year based on full time.

Furthermore, this position offers an annual bonus of 12.5%.
