Aufgaben:

• Entwicklung einer Arbeitspaketstruktur in Zusammenarbeit mit der Terminplanung und dem Projektleiter
• Definition der Work Break Down Struktur für die Planungsphase/Durchführungsphase.
• Erstellung eines Engineering-Ressourcenplans
• Schätzung der internen und externen Engineering-Kosten
• Regelmäßige Buchung von Wareneingängen
• Monatliche Ermittlung und Aktualisierung des Wertes der geleisteten Arbeit.
• Monatliche Ermittlung und Fortschreibung des Kontrollbudgets
• Vorbereitung und Erstellung des monatlichen Projektberichts
• Abschluss des Projekts in finanzieller Hinsicht und Ermittlung von Benchmarks
• Erstellung des PCR-Projektabschlussberichts

• Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie
• Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch

Tasks:

• Development of a work package structure in cooperation with the scheduling and the project manager.
• Define Work break down structure for the planning phase/implementation phase.
• Preparation of an engineering resource plan
• Estimation of internal and external engineering costs
• Regular posting of goods receipts in SAP Posting of accruals or down payments in SAP
• Determine and update the Value of Work Done on a monthly basis.
• Monthly determination and updating of the control budget
• Preparation and Project Monthly Report
• Finalize project financially and identify benchmarks
• Preparation of the PCR final project report

Qualifications:

• Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry
  
• Fluent in German and English
