Join our Clients growing Biologics team in Visp as a Senior Bioprocess Engineer and play a key role in driving operational readiness and improvement initiatives across Microbial, BioConjugates, or Mammalian platforms.

Tasks:
- Lead the roll-out of new SAP functionalities and update manufacturing documentation (SOPs, batch records)
- Act as functional lead for cross-functional teams to implement new initiatives
- Develop and support training materials for manufacturing and logistics teams
- Support clinical and commercial manufacturing in DSP areas (e.g. capture, purification, filling)
Qualifications:
- Degree (BSc/MSc/PhD) in Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Biochemistry or related field
- Strong experience in Biologics production (DSP or BioConjugates)
- Solid knowledge of GMP, SAP (logistics/BOM), and MES systems
- Proven project management and documentation skills
- Fluent in English and German
- Team-oriented, structured, and solution-driven mindset
