Reliability Engineer (m/w/d)

Role Overview:

The Reliability Engineer will enhance equipment reliability and maintenance processes to support biotechnology manufacturing operations within a cGMP environment. The role involves developing reliability-centered maintenance strategies, conducting root cause analyses, and overseeing preventive and predictive maintenance programs for critical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize maintenance strategies for new and existing equipment.
• Conduct failure analysis, lead reliability initiatives, and support capital projects.
• Manage spare parts inventory and evaluate maintenance program effectiveness.
• Monitor equipment performance, analyze trends, and report on improvement outcomes.
• Provide training on reliability concepts and ensure accurate technical documentation.

Qualifications:

• Education: Engineering degree (university level).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in facilities and utilities within the pharmaceutical industry, GMP environment.
• Languages: Fluent in spoken and written French and English.
• Skills: Strong analytical and data-driven approach, familiarity with CMMS systems (JDE, SAP), and reliability-centered maintenance.
