Join a dynamic team responsible for GMP-compliant quality oversight across QC, stability studies, maintenance & utilities (including requalification/revalidation), warehousing, and internal transport. We partner closely with manufacturing and global QA support functions to ensure product quality and compliance.

Tasks:

• Ensure GMP compliance across operational areas
• Manage and approve deviations and change controls
• Support “Quality on the Floor” decisions and conduct routine walkthroughs
• Participate in inspections and review GMP documentation
• Drive timely closure of CAPAs and changes
• Contribute to projects and process optimization

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or Law
• 5+ years’ experience in GMP deviation/CAPA management and regulatory communication
• Native German, fluent English (C1), strong communication and presentation skills
• Analytical mindset, proactive, and team-oriented
• Experience in mentoring, maintenance, stability, or logistics is a plus
