The Project Engineer is responsible for developing technical concepts, advising stakeholders on decision-making, and executing detailed engineering plans. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet functional requirements. Acting as a bridge between concept and implementation, the Project Engineer drives innovation, optimizes processes, and manages resources to achieve business impact.

Tasks:
- Lead small to mid-sized investment projects impacting production and business performance.
- Conduct process engineering calculations, plant optimizations, and feasibility studies.
- Support production adjustments and product launches.
- Develop and evaluate technical solutions.
- Coordinate teams and resources for timely project execution.
- Drive process improvements and knowledge transfer.
Qualifications:
- Technical Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Process, Bio, or Chemical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Experience in project engineering or technical project management.
- Strong engineering knowledge and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication in English and German.
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented.
- Leadership in matrix organizations.
