Tasks:
- The candidate acts as super user and main support to the S2P key users.
- The candidate is responsible for pre and post roll-out activities of the S2P tool - Coupa across sites
- Coordinates test activities and trainings to teach the organization about S2P tool utilization and functionalities
- Identifies improvement opportunities of the S2P tool over time
- Understand the companies business process and provides best practice solutions available
- The candidate possesses end-user centricity
Qualifications:
- Several years of professional experience in purchasing
- Has worked for many years on SAP MM
- very experienced in Ariba/Coupa
- The candidate has good knowledge and prior hands on experience in Supplier Sourcing, Supplier Management, Risk and Purchasing activities
- good knowledge in P2P and S2P
- Knows Master Data and how the mapping can be maintained
- Very strong project management skills
- Ability to prioritize and work independently on multiple activities at the same time
- Should have worked as a bridge between technical and business requirements and what is really possible in SAP and what is not.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills and German language skill are an add-on
