Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis and evaluation of patents related to oligonucleotide synthesis, including identifying key patent holders and understanding the rationale behind existing patents
- Support in the development and execution of IP and patent strategies connected to oligonucleotide synthesis and CMC activities
- Collaborate closely with the internal expert on technical, regulatory, and scientific assessment of patent-related topics
- Contribute to CMC-related evaluations at the interface between research, intellectual property, and regulatory requirements
- Provide analytical input and help interpret scientific data in the context of patent and compliance considerations
Qualifications:
- Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field
- Proven experience in Intellectual Property, preferably within oligonucleotide synthesis or CMC-related areas
- Solid understanding of regulatory and legal frameworks within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- Strong analytical mindset, structured working approach, and ability to work across scientific and legal interfaces
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
