HR Pay & Reward Consultant/Payroll Specialist

Skills:

• Verification and checks of all salary-relevant entries in the SAP payroll system, based on legal, tax and social security regulations as well as company policies.
• Assistance in managing external service providers in the areas of payroll and time management.
• Preparation of certificates and reports for family allowances, health and accident insurance, maternity and paternity benefits, unemployment insurance, disability registration, etc.
• Point of contact for employees and managers regarding questions about payroll, tax, and social security law Monitoring of changes in SAP Accident recording in the UKA system and entering the daily accident allowances in SAP Manage Time and Attendance (T&A) related issues and recurring time corrections in our T&A system ATOSS Calculat holiday reduction due to long-term absences or unpaid leave Monitoringand administration of garnishments.

Education:

• Commercial education degree and preferably higher further education in HR or comparable Solid expertise in the areas of payroll and experience in T&A Profound user knowledge (including creation of queries and reports) in SAP; knowledge of Workday and time recording systems (especially ATOSS) is desirable.
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel Very good communication written and oral skills in German and English, French desired
