Tasks:
- Lead the marketing departement, focusing on team growth and development through coaching and feedback
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance
- Create and implement product strategies, including lifecycle management, product launches, portfolio planning, and market entry strategies
- Ensure effective patient access through targeted marketing strategies
- Develop local marketing initiatives to boost market share and achieve sales goals
- Serve as a brand ambassador both within the organization and externally
- Uphold a positive and professional brand image in all interactions
- Lead the development and execution of forward-thinking marketing strategies
- Drive creative solutions and new approaches for market engagement
- Maximize synergies across multiple product lines
- Recruit, develop and asses talent to ensure efficient departmental operations
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in marketing leadership - especially in tech-focused B2B sectors
- Technical/scientific background with a passion for healthcare
- In-depth knowledge of the marketing mix (4Ps), with a track record of innovation
- Sales/field service experience beneficial
- Balanced strategy knowledge between global and local marketing strategies beneficial
- Skilled in agility, digital transformation and continuous learning
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- German is a plus
For this position, the minimum annual gross salary according to the collective agreement is €90,000 based on full-time employment. However, the client is open to offer a higher salary depending on your qualifications and experience. I’d be happy to discuss your expectations!
