Tasks:
- Plasma derived therapy products
- Global medical plan development including scientific publications strategy, definition of scientific distribution outreach (symposium, online platforms, KOL engagement)
- Delegation of organizational readiness, ensuring adequate regional training allocation and resource management to determine specialists and medical field functions (regional vs. globally including cross functional support)
- Cross functional management successfully overseeing interaction between various departments (market access, marketing and regulatory affairs including LCM)
- Market entry and new market development along with substitution products and new indications (Europe, China, USA)
Qualifications:
- Preferably medical background in related medical fields (Hemostaseology), alternatively PhD in Biochemistry/Pharmacology with proven track record working in associated indications
- Senior medical affairs expert with 5+ years’ experience in global leading position
- Ideally solid background working with plasma products as well as intensive care haematology and blood coagulation
- Self-sufficient and solution-oriented team player guaranteeing seamless cross functional commercial and market access success
- English: Fluent – C1
