Project: Freelance Process Engineer - Plasma (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Independently carry out the commissioning and start-up of production and process systems (non-serial, non-standard equipment)
• Commission systems using Siemens PCS7, including signal testing and functional checks
• Perform comprehensive troubleshooting during the commissioning phase
• Commission pumps, including fault analysis and optimization
• Prepare and evaluate pressure drop calculations
• Commission and optimize CIP systems
• Ensure compliance with GMP requirements

Qualifications

• Technical background in Process Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or a comparable field
• Extensive hands-on experience in the commissioning of complex production systems
• Experience in process engineering within the blood plasma environment
• Practical experience with Siemens PCS7 in commissioning projects
• Strong knowledge of pump technology, including pump curves and system curves
• Experience with CIP/SIP systems
• A university degree is not mandatory; a completed technical qualification combined with relevant professional experience is sufficient
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken (German or French is a plus)
