Independent second-level support for Active Cycle solutions (SAP, Salesforce/SFDC, RMT, Winshuttle, MDM, EDI and related tools) across 15 countries in the Cluster.
Independent training and coaching of key users within the Cluster, ensuring solution adoption through autonomous preparation and delivery of trainings.
Independent planning, execution and documentation of User Acceptance Tests (UAT) for deviations from the standard, as well as non-regression tests (if not automated).
Independent translation of business needs into IT requirements, preparation of documentation and description of new functionalities.
Independent design and execution of action plans to boost user adoption of the solutions.
Acting independently as Data Owner for solution-related data: coordination of data cleansing activities with key users and autonomous execution of data updates (incl. Winshuttle).
Independent advisory role towards business convergence opportunities and proactive recommendations for solution improvements.
Independent coordination and processing of Incidents, Demands and Service Requests in collaboration with Business, IT and European Governance units.
Independent contribution to international programs such as Align Release preparation (1,2,3), Electronics Align expansion (countries), Hypercare, Fit Care & Efficiency Program (evolutions via DMNDS), and transformation/merge initiatives.
Independent preparation and technical execution of pricing campaigns, mass data uploads and EDI flow implementations.
Independent participation in EU Align / Fit workshops, provision of feedback and autonomous execution of Cluster-related actions.
Independent assurance of go-live readiness for new releases and solutions, including support during hypercare phases.
Independent preparation and execution of Business Relationship Meetings, including reporting and autonomous follow-up with key users (e.g. quarterly quality feedback).
