Project volume: Fulltime / 1–2 days/week remote

Tasks:
- Advise and coach managers on all employee and labor law related matters
- Support the identification of personal development needs across the organization
- Provide consultancy on efficient onboarding of new employees
- Advise on organizational development and optimal structures
- Guide managers through performance processes (bonus, merit, evaluation)
- Support in interactions with the Works Council
- Develop project plans and provide regular updates as agreed
Qualifications:
- At least 8 years of experience as HR Business Partner in an international environment (in-house or as consultant)
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong advisory skills and trustworthy personality
- In-depth knowledge of German labor law and experience with Works Council collaboration
- Experience working in a matrix organization
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
