Project Objective
The objective of this project is the independent delivery of specialized offensive security services and attack surface analysis. The scope focuses on the technical identification of vulnerabilities across web applications, APIs, and cloud infrastructures, as well as the systematic discovery, analysis, and monitoring of external assets to support proactive risk reduction.

Scope of Services
The external contractor performs the following services independently and under their own technical responsibility:
Penetration Testing and Vulnerability Analysis
- Execution of penetration tests against web applications, APIs, networks, and cloud environments using black-box, gray-box, and white-box methodologies
Identification, analysis, and documentation of technical vulnerabilities, including:
- OWASP Top 10 risks
- Security misconfigurations
- Privilege escalation paths
- Preparation of detailed penetration test reports including:
- Technical risk ratings
- Clearly documented attack paths
- Actionable remediation recommendations
- Validation of remediation measures through structured re-testing activities
Attack Surface Discovery and Monitoring
- Discovery and inventory of external attack surface assets, including:
- Identification of unmanaged or unknown assets
- Detection of exposed APIs and services
- Analysis of attack surface changes and documentation of exposure trends over time
Prioritization of findings based on:
- Exploitability
- Threat intelligence and vulnerability data
Technical Security Consulting and Tool Development
Provision of technical guidance to engineering and DevOps teams regarding:
- Vulnerability remediation strategies
- Secure system design and hardening
- Execution of threat modeling and technical security architecture reviews
- Development of custom scripts, tools, and automation to support offensive security and Attack Surface Management (ASM) processes
Purpose of the Services
The services aim to strengthen the technical security posture by delivering high-quality vulnerability assessments, transparent documentation of attack surfaces, and practical technical recommendations to reduce risk.
