Freelance Cut-Over-Lead (m/w/d)

Wave 1 Area CutOver lead Responsibility

Partner with customer Site lead/Area lead to ensure successful area cutover

Act as the main link between the Global technical cutover team and the area + local area/site team

Ensure area + local steps are included in the cutover plan, lead to prepare and run dress rehearsal and cutover on area level

Prepare and run area + local workshops to gather all needed information from the local team

- Hypercare Planning
- Inventory / Finnacial Tie Out

Go-Live & Hypercare -> Help manage local ramp-up activities, Hypercare activities, issue resolution and support of the super-users
