Location: Remote / Bavaria
Tasks:
- Implementation, coordination and leading of the design and implementation of cross-functional end-to-end processes
- Development and optimization of the existing process
- Manage process projects and workshops for process analyses
- Manage the know-how transfer for stakeholders with process-oriented management (ERP-Team and SAP S/4-stakeholders)
- Manage the implementation of the strategic transformation and optimization programs
- Implementation, optimization and digitalization of the BMP product
- Training & coaching by providing descriptions and work instructions to the stakeholder
- Takeover of global cross-functional BPM lead functions to implement and influence the BPM strategy
Qualifications:
- More than 8 years of professional experience in business process management
- Experience as a translator between IT and business
- Ability to communicate and prepare complex issues in a comprehensive way
- Experience leading of cross-functional and global projects (design and implementation projects)
- Knowledge in SAP S/4 Hana (MM / MES/ ICSM / DMC / BRH etc.)
- Experience in process modeling (BPMN2.0) and documentation
- Fluent English and German skills
- Knowledge in agile methodology and product ownership is a plus
