We are seeking an experienced GTS Developer to support the migration of legacy Global Trade System (GTS) instances into the new compliant platform. The role involves working within an agile framework to deliver technical analysis, data migration, system customization, and integration of the new Swiss customs system Passar.

Tasks:
- System Analysis & Data Migration
Analyze two legacy Sigma GTS systems and their connected ERPs.
Extract, transform, and migrate GTS master and transactional data into the P21 system.
Validate data integrity and ensure full functionality post-migration.
- Design & Customization
Design IT solutions and business processes for future GTS operations.
Customize and configure the new GTS system to meet business requirements.
Develop system extensions and prepare technical specifications for upcoming phases.
- Testing & Deployment
Execute functional and technical tests.
Support cutover activities and ensure a smooth go-live.
Provide hypercare support and workflow optimization after deployment.
- Integration & Knowledge Transfer
Implement requirements for the new Swiss customs system Passar.
Align Passar processes with existing global customs and trade standards.
Conduct workshops, provide training, and support business stakeholders during rollout.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience with SAP GTS development, configuration, and data migration.
- Solid understanding of customs processes, trade compliance, and ERP integrations.
- Experience with agile delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of Swiss customs system Passar is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently, provide expert guidance, and manage sprint-based deliverables.
