Tasks:
Independently drive change management and communications workstreams for a global e-invoicing transformation across multiple countries and legal entities.
Key Skills Required
Change Management
- Stakeholder identification, analysis, and mapping
- Change impact assessments (organizational, process, system, and role impacts)
- Business readiness planning
- Change adoption strategies
- Workshop facilitation and stakeholder alignment
Communications
- Communication strategy development
- Executive and project communications
- Communication planning and governance
- Creation of FAQs, presentations, announcements, newsletters, and go-live communications
- Managing distribution lists and communication channels
Training & Enablement
- Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- Learning path design
- User segmentation (key users vs. end users)
- Documentation of training requirements and curricula
Business & Technical Understanding
- Ability to understand and translate technical system changes into business-friendly language
- Experience with ERP environments (preferably SAP)
- Understanding of finance processes such as invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, tax compliance, and e-invoicing
- Comfortable working with SMEs, IT teams, and business stakeholders
Experience Level
- 8+ years in Change Management, Communications, Organizational Change Management (OCM), or Transformation Programs
- Experience supporting global or multinational programs
- Proven delivery of stakeholder analyses, communication plans, impact assessments, and training strategies
- Consulting background (Big Four, Accenture, Capgemini, IBM, etc.) is highly desirable
Nice-to-Have Experience
- E-invoicing programs (Peppol, ViDA, country-specific mandates)
- SAP S/4HANA transformations
- Finance transformation initiatives
- Regulatory or compliance-driven projects
- Multi-country deployments in Europe, Middle East, and Asia
Deliverables Ownership
The person should be capable of independently producing:
- Stakeholder maps and engagement plans
- Communication strategies and communication collateral
