Our Mission: Empowering Life Science with the Perfect Match.
In our daily work with clients and candidates, our goal is to find the perfect match for all parties and thus support progress and development in the life science industry. By placing the right people with the right companies at the right time, we make an important contribution to our society.
But as a company, we also have a direct responsibility for social interaction and our world, which we must fulfill – our corporate social responsibility (CSR).

Our Commitment to the Community
As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts, we take responsibility – for society, our employees, and the future. Together, we contribute to a sustainable, healthy, and socially responsible work and living environment – both within and outside our company.
Our CSR activities focus on the goal of fulfilling our obligation to the community. We do this in particular through our support for children’s cancer charities in Germany and Switzerland. Our efforts help to make a difference not only in the professional environment, but also in the lives of the people who need our support the most.
Programs such as “Post mit Herz” and “Weihnachten im Schuhkarton” are just two other examples of how our team gets involved every year to bring joy and hope to people in need. We also use sporting events such as the B2Run in Munich and Zurich or the Herzlauf in Vienna as a platform not only to strengthen the health and team spirit of our employees, but also to donate to charity.
Due to our activities in the life science industry, the topics of blood, organ and stem cell donation are also particularly close to our hearts. For example, we have offered our employees the opportunity to register as donors with DKMS without any organizational effort on their part. We also provide organ donor cards at regular intervals.
We are also proud to be a regular participant in the APSCo Charity Event. This event not only provides a platform for exchange, but also supports important social projects. By auctioning off attractive prizes, considerable sums are raised for charitable causes, such as the children’s aid organization CHILDREN.
Our Social Responsibility for Our Employees
As a company, we bear responsibility for our employees. Our team is what defines us – their well-being and development are crucial to our company’s success. In addition to offers to support a healthy work-life balance and mental well-being, such as flexible working hours and working from home, we enable career breaks in the form of sabbaticals or longer trips through workation opportunities.
In everyday life, we also offer our employees active support through keynote speeches on topics such as mental health and stress management to help them master the challenges of everyday life with strength and resilience. In addition to mental health, physical support through targeted sports activities both inside and outside our offices is also on our agenda.
Securing the Future and Employee Welfare
We want every team member to be able to look to the future with a sense of security. This is why providing for the future is a key component of our employee welfare – regardless of our employees’ age. Together with our partners, we ensure access to all key information on the topic of retirement provision and actively support our employees in their decision-making.

One of the most important aspects of our corporate culture is the development of our employees – both on a professional and personal level. This effort starts from day one with a comprehensive onboarding program designed to prepare all new team members for their role in our company in the best possible way. In addition, we subsequently offer various development opportunities based on the personal goals and development areas of our employees. At the same time, we also want to take into account the individual circumstances of our colleagues and support them in their decisions, such as changing the center of their lives or reorienting their careers in other specialist areas, based on the opportunities available to them.
Our Economic Responsibility
As a founding member of APSCo Germany (Association Professional Staffing Companies) and a long-standing member of the German Association for Independent Knowledge Workers (ADESW), we are not only committed to quality and integrity in the recruitment industry, but also politically. Our commitment extends to political efforts to improve working conditions for self-employed knowledge workers and to resolve legal gray areas in the long term. Especially in times when freelancers face complicated processes at EU level and companies fear the use of external resources, we support initiatives that aim to create fair and, above all, transparent conditions for all market participants.

Our Ecological Responsibility
For the environment’s sake, we have an environmentally conscious travel policy that encourages the use of public transport. To this end, we provide our team members with appropriate tickets free of charge. By offering additional home office options, we reduce commuting and thus achieve a positive ecological effect.
In our efforts to protect the environment, we also focus on promoting paperless communication with our clients and candidates. We carefully select our merchandising and marketing materials and use suppliers who not only produce sustainably but also in accordance with ethical standards.
These measures reflect our holistic approach, not only in our business practices, but also in each individual’s personal commitment to making a positive impact on the environment.
We are pleased to announce that we have been certified by EcoVadis in the area of sustainability since 2025 and have received a silver medal. This recognition confirms our commitment to more sustainable practices and our efforts to create a greener future.
