Our Application Process
1. Online Application
You can apply for your desired job online on out platform and easily upload your CV and other documents.
2. First Meeting by Phone
In the first step, one of our talent scouts will contact you by phone for a short meeting. Here we discuss a few basic things and you have the opportunity to learn more about the job itself.
3. Personal On-Site Interview
In the video interview, we go into more detail about your previous experiences, discuss details about the job and everyday life, identify your skills and abilities, and get to know each other better.
4. Final On-Site Interview
This is an opportunity for both parties to go into more detail, clarify any outstanding issues and make a final decision.
5. Final Decision on the Next Day
We do not want to drag the process for too long, so you will get our final decision the very next day.
