System Architect for Measurement Software (m/f/d)

Project "SW architect/ SW developer and project manager"

Our customer ist looking for a perfect candidate who can support: with the architecture of software for measuring machines and devices, for measurement data analysis as well as interface definition.

As a Software Architect in Metrology, you will become an integral member of the team, continuously working on the evolution of our high-profile innovation projects. 

Overall 20 people are in the team, whereas 15 of them located in Germany, 5 are located in China. Team consists of several scientists, engineers and lab technicians of 6 different nationalities with almost equal distribution of female and male employees.

Does the software run of a device or is the measurement-analysis in the azure cloud? --> Depends on the application, both is possible

Aufgaben:

You will be responsible for the architecture of software for measuring machines and devices, for measurement data analysis as well as interface definition. You will coordinate software development activities in a team, apply methods of agile software development (e.g. SCRUM), take over the administration of the created software solutions, be responsible for test, build and release management

As a System Architect and Project Manager for Measurement Software in Metrology, you will ideally have: 

• Languages: Fluent written and spoken English, German would be ideal
• a successfully completed degree in the field of computer science,
• some professional experience and have already gained experience in managing software projects in a technical environment
• good programming skills in C#, C++
• knowledge and experience in using Azure DevOps and Visual Studio

• Must have is deep knowledge and extensive use of AZURE DevOps. It involves several projects which are all in the field of software applications for metrology devices

• ideally knowledge of Medtech (nice-to-have)
• projekt management skills
• Interface expierience

• Data analysis is not required

• 3-5 years of expierience generel in all 

• Medical Device Regulation (MDR) (nice-to-have)
