Responsibilities:

• Develop a work package structure in collaboration with the scheduling team and the project manager
• Defining the Work Breakdown Structure for the planning phase and execution phase
• Preparation of an engineering resource plan
• Estimating internal and external engineering costs
• Regularly recording goods received
• Monthly calculation and updating of the value of work performed
• Monthly determination and updating of the control budget
• Preparation and creation of the monthly project report
• Financial closure of the project and determination of benchmarks
• Preparation of the PCR (Project Completion Report)

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Fluent in German and English

Tasks:

• Develop a work package structure in collaboration with the scheduling team and the project manager.
• Define the work breakdown structure for the planning and implementation phases.
• Preparation of an engineering resource plan
• Estimation of internal and external engineering costs
• Regular posting of goods receipts in SAP Posting of accruals or down payments in SAP
• Determine and update the value of work done on a monthly basis.
• Monthly determination and updating of the control budget
• Preparation of the Monthly Project Report
• Finalize the project financially and identify benchmarks
• Preparation of the PCR (Project Completion Report)

Qualifications:

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  
• Fluent in German and English
