Site Quality Head (m/f/d)

Tasks:

• Leading the quality organisation at the site and ensuring that the site is operated according to national and international cGMP standards
• Ensure quality assurance of all GxP activities and compliance with quality KPIs
• Ensure regulatory compliance and implementation of global quality standards and regulations with successful inspection results by competent authorities
• Responsibility for the headcount of the respective quality organisation, promotion of personnel and talent management through recruitment, training, coaching and performance evaluation. Ensuring succession planning for key positions in quality.
• Promoting and improving safety and quality cultures by implementing the necessary systems and measures.
• Striving for simplification and efficiency improvements through internal and external benchmarking processes
• Ensuring quality support projects, launches and transfers
• Adhering to own budget, achieving OpEx targets, utilising synergies and controlling costs

Qualifications:

• University degree in natural sciences (chemistry, pharmacy, biotechnology, biology)
• English (fluent), German (desirable)
• At least 12 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control in the pharmaceutical industry or equivalent with leadership role in large teams
• Excellent knowledge of GMP and QA / QC
• Experience with regulatory inspections
• Good understanding of API, FDF (sterile & non-sterile) manufacturing technology and cGMP requirements
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Intercultural communication skills
• Ambitious, determined to make a difference, open to change
• Solid knowledge in finance and OpEx mentality

The basic salary consists of the collective agreement salary (at least € €110.000/year on a full-time basis) as well as a possible market-adjusted overpayment. The actual salary will be determined on the basis of qualifications, professional experience and individual competences.
