Production Chemist (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

• Creation and implementation of recipes in the MES or process control system.
• Linking the individual process modules and supporting the Process Qualification (PQ) phase through to successful commissioning.
• Assisting with the optimization and validation of production processes.
• After the PQ phase: Analysis and resolution of malfunctions (troubleshooting) as well as continuous process improvement.
• Close collaboration with internal departments and direct communication with customers within the project context.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemistry or biochemistry (ideally with knowledge of synthetic processes).
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a production-related environment.
• Experience in scaling up processes to full-scale production.
• Experience with PCS 7 or comparable process control systems.
• Proficiency in working with MES systems.
