About the Project
We are seeking an experienced PMO for our client to support a large-scale biotechnology project. The project involves process planning, detailed design, and oversight of the installation and commissioning of abiotechnology facility .
Your Responsibilities
- Continuous monitoring of the project budget, as well as cost and time tracking
- Claim management and processing of change orders
- Reviewing and evaluating incoming change orders
- Preparing your own change orders using specified templates
- PMO activities to support the project manager
- Creating and editing schedules using MS Project
Your Profile
- Several years of professional experience in project controlling and claim management
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical engineering , and plant engineering
- Excellent German and English language skills for communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with MS Project and common project management tools
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented personality
