About the Project

As part of a comprehensive HR transformation at a pharmaceutical company, an experienced change management expert is needed. The project involves complex reorganization and transformation processes that require close coordination with the works council and adherence to the chemical industry’s collective bargaining agreements. We are seeking a confident professional with solid practical experience in managing change processes in a manufacturing environment, who will provide strategic support to the HR team and ensure compliance throughout the transformation.

Your Responsibilities

• Supporting and managing reorganization and transformation processes in the HR department
• Working closely with the works council and ensuring constructive cooperation
• Supporting the transition of employees to various business units
• Addressing labor law issues in the context of the transformation
• Providing strategic advice to the HR team on change processes
• Ensuring compliance with applicable collective bargaining agreements in the chemical industry

Your Profile

• Several years of practical experience in transformation and reorganization projects
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and its practical application
• Experience working with works councils
• Professional experience in the manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or chemical sectors
• Knowledge of the chemical industry’s collective bargaining framework or comparable collective bargaining structures
• Very good command of German and English
