Preparation and migration of calibration master data is associated with a high level of effort especially due to 10 different data sources for calibration master data. The sources belong to different organisations with different stakeholders and users. The project is for all users also a system switch to SAP. The Implementation Lead Calibration needs support by an expert with high expertise in calibration in SAP to manage the technical requests from Global Product Team, Data Migration Team and stakeholders. The person must be able to fulfil the role as Business Data Owner deputy and as Implementation Lead deputy.
Tasks:
? Preparation and migration of the calibration master data
? Coordination of the preparation, clean-up of the master data for the data import
? Co-responsible for the migration of calibration master data
? In preparation for the migration from, the calibration master data from
10 different organisations and data sources must be prepared and cleansed
? Support in the development of training concepts for employees on a standardised calibration system in
standardised calibration system in SAP S4Hana
? Contact person and independent processing of technical enquiries from the Global Product
Global Product Team, the data migration team and stakeholders
? Development of mapping rules
? Role of deputy BDO (Business Data Owner) and deputy implementation lead for calibration data objects
Implementation Lead for calibration data objects
Qualifications:
? Completed technical (EMSR / EI&C) training, technician or university degree
degree from a university of applied sciences
? Several years of experience in the management of calibration master data
? Expert with a high level of expertise in calibration with CCMS (Calibration
computerised management system, SAP is an advantage)
? Several years of experience in the maintenance of chemical/pharmaceutical industrial
industrial plants or infrastructure plants is an advantage
? Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
Competences :
? Experience in dealing with matrix environments
? Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, ability to think in a networked way
? Enjoy working independently, in a structured and careful manner
? Very good analytical skills
? Routine handling of spreadsheet applications
? Fluency in written and spoken German and English
