Tasks:
- Manage and organize labelling for medical device production.
- Create and format documents in Adobe InDesign for supplier printing.
- Ensure layouts accommodate multiple languages as required.
- Collaborate with production to update and verify packaging information.
- Maintain and update Excel files and other documentation related to packaging.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations connected to labelling.
- Assist in the creation of labelling for completely new product forms.
- Work closely with the other departments, e.g. regulatory team, to verify and fix requirements for new packaging.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an industrial facility, preferably within a regulated environment such as food, pharma, cosmetic, and toy products.
- Strong understanding of production environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general informatics.
- Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
- Open-minded and willing to assist across various functions.
- Language skills: must be fluent in French; English is an asset.
