The Training & Development team at Aristo Group brings together two distinct perspectives: Franci shapes learning and development processes in the core area of Training & Development, while Sandra contributes her expertise in Organizational Development & Talent Management. Together, they form a strong unit that guides, coaches, and develops our talent at every level – from onboarding all the way to leadership development.

Traveling is our passion
We are all extremely keen travelers with adventurous destinations on our bucket list: from Canada to Australia and South Africa! What was it like? Feel free to ask us directly! Of course, we are always open to travel tips.
Breakfast – the most important meal of the day
Whenever there is a lot to do, we try to schedule our team meetings as early as possible and turn them into a “working breakfast” – with homemade overnight oats, fresh fruit and pastries.
Lifelong Learning
That’s why we don’t just give training courses, but each of us is currently undergoing at least one part-time training course. From yoga teacher training to systemic coaching, everything is included.
This Is Our Job
Our main task is to ensure that all Aristo Group employees have the tools they need to do their job to the best of their ability. Our job starts with onboarding: all new team members come together in a so-called “rookie” round to learn more about our company, our culture and our business. However, the learning doesn’t stop after onboarding. We design and conduct management training courses and workshops on various topics, such as sales or creative thinking. We also offer regular keynote speeches covering topics such as dealing with stress.
For Organizational Development & Talent Management, Sandra works particularly closely with other departments to communicate the needs of our sales team to the right people. In addition, she helps to create structures that are adapted to the growth and growth plans of our three locations in Munich, Zurich and Vienna.
Through our job as Team Development & Training, we contribute to the continuous growth and development of the Aristo Group – both on an individual and organizational level. Sounds exciting? Maybe you too will soon be helping to shape the development of our employees and our company!
What Makes Working in Our Team So Special
What makes our team special is the blind trust we have in each other. We are very well attuned to each other and can rely on each other in any situation. We also support each other and divide up the work in the team so that everyone can contribute their strengths and no one is overloaded.
This ensures that everything runs smoothly and we achieve our goals efficiently. Despite our strong focus on our common goals and projects, there is still time for a relaxed chat after work. For us, this is simply part of the job and makes working together even more enjoyable!

Our Teamlead Franci
Hi, I’m Franci and I’ve been part of the Aristo Group since the beginning of 2015. Before I pursued my real passion for training and development, I briefly dipped my toes into the world of recruitment.
As a trainer, I was initially responsible for onboarding at the Aristo Group in order to give new employees the best possible start with us. Over time, I also took over our management training and personality coaching. In addition to conducting training courses, I also develop new training concepts or adapt existing programs so that they meet current requirements. I am in close contact with employees and managers to ensure that I always have an accurate picture of the current areas of development. I particularly enjoy my external training courses as a systemic coach.

More about Sandra
Hi, I’m Sandra and I’ve been with the Aristo Group since 2015. Early on in my journey, I was able to embark on a very special adventure: the opening of the Swiss market and relocation from Munich to Zurich in 2017. Starting as a rookie, later in a mentoring role and then team leader of the Swiss medical technology team, I have gained over eight years of sales and recruiting experience. In addition to the joy of finding the perfect match for my clients, a second heart always beat in my chest: employee and organizational development. Thanks to my experience of setting up the site as the right hand of our Swiss CEO and living through the various phases of the recruiter’s life, I can now complement the team perfectly.
Since 2023, I have been acting as an Expert Specialist Organizational Development & Talent Management as an interface function between the Sales departments and especially the T&D department, but also work closely with Marketing, IT, HR or Management to transfer the needs from Sales to the right place. I also help to create structures within the company and across locations that are adapted to our growth and growth plans.
