We have the crucial task of attracting the best colleagues to the Aristo Group. As part of the Lenyx Group, we not only work closely with all Aristo Group teams, but also with all members of our group of companies. Our day-to-day work is full of exciting projects and tasks: We oversee the entire recruitment process, from designing appealing job advertisements, interviews and assessment centers to selecting and hiring new employees.

Our Head of People Camilla
I am Camilla and have been part of the Aristo Group since 2023. After a few months in Talent Development and Training, I have taken over the overall responsibility for Human Resources. With over 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Learning & Development, I am excited to bring my knowledge and passion to the Aristo Group.
What drives me is shaping the entire employee life cycle – from the first encounter to long-term development. Together with my team, I create a framework that enables us to attract the best talent – our “perfect match” – and offer them a wide range of internal development opportunities.
My greatest passion is to support people in their career steps and accompany them on their professional journey. This fits perfectly with my personal enthusiasm for lifelong learning and my enjoyment of trying new things – something I also exemplify as a mother of two. For me, a career doesn’t mean rigidly climbing up a ladder, but rather looking at the diverse professional opportunities like a climbing wall. Everyone can find their own individual way to get the best out of themselves, have fun and get ahead.

Hey, I’m Rocco – Teamlead Talent Acquisition at Aristo Group. I started my professional career in journalism. That’s where I learned to ask the right questions, find exciting stories and always focus on people. Today, I actually do something similar in recruiting – only now it’s about talent and careers.
At Aristo Group, I lead a small, ambitious team that is focused on a big mission: finding and inspiring the best talent for our company.
