At the Aristo Group, we work according to the 360-degree recruiting model. This means that our Recruitment Consultants work both on the client side and are responsible for recruiting candidates. Thanks to this model, we can offer you an exciting challenge at the interface between Recruiting and Sales, where you will have the opportunity to push yourself a little further every day and leave your comfort zone.
Our Sales team consists of two divisions: Contracting and Permanent. Our Contracting teams support companies in working with freelancers, while the Perm team places specialists in permanent positions.

In concrete terms, this means that we help companies in the life sciences sector to find their perfect match and support specialists in taking the next step in their career. We are real “matchmakers” between companies and candidates. We recognize the needs of our clients and can quickly fill projects and open positions thanks to our broad network in the life science industry.
As a Recruitment Consultant at the Aristo Group, you will spend a lot of time talking to clients and candidates and supporting interview processes. Personal customer appointments on site are also an important part of your work. In addition, we see ourselves not only as recruiters, but also as consultants. You are an expert in your field and advise our clients on their projects, their feasibility, the required skills and the appropriate budget.
Even if you have little or no experience in recruiting before you start with us, we will give you the opportunity to develop your leadership skills over the course of your career at the Aristo Group if this is one of your professional goals.

Boris Wiedner
My name is Boris, and I’ve been part of the Aristo Group for over nine years, having started out as a rookie in sales. My journey at the Aristo Group has taken me through every stage of our sales career path, with a focus on the pharmaceutical sector. For some time now, I’ve been responsible for the permanent employment division and oversee it across all our locations.
In our team, I attach great importance to the fact that we can rely on each other and communicate honestly with each other. Working intensively on our goals and continuously developing ourselves is just as important to me as team spirit and mutual support. In my free time, I like to do a lot of sport to find a balance to my day-to-day work.
Alexander Gehring
Hello, I’m Alexander. My professional career began with a degree in tourism and business administration, followed by several years in the hotel industry and professional skiing. These experiences have taught me to be determined, always remain flexible and never lose sight of people.
After several years in Munich, I set up the Swiss branch of the Aristo Group with my team in 2016 and now also have the privilege of leading a great team in Austria. I value the close exchange with my colleagues and love inspiring people to work in HR consulting.
