This Is Our Job
Our job is to make the Aristo Group better known and to position it clearly on the market as an expert in the life science industry. Our team is part of the umbrella organization of the Aristo Group: As part of the Lenyx Group, we also look after all the companies and sub-brands in our group of companies.
This not only brings a constant stream of new projects, but also an enormous variety and different topics into our day-to-day work. Our tasks are more colorful than any bouquet of flowers: from social media and events to PR and content creation. We cover the entire spectrum of marketing and handle almost all areas in-house. This means that we retain control over our creative processes while being able to react flexibly and quickly to new requirements. Whether it’s developing a new campaign, planning an event or implementing the latest social media strategy, we are always open to new, creative and innovative ideas and are happy to give our best every day.

Our Teamlead Franziska
Hi, I’m Franziska and I’ve been working at the Aristo Group since 2021. My background is actually rather technical: I studied media technology and worked as a somewhat nerdy editor in an editing suite for a long time. My passion for communication and branding has crystallized more and more over time.
Over the last few years, I have been able to build up our team at the Aristo Group and I am convinced that different opinions, joint brainstorming and new impulses, also from other industries, make the result better and better. Open communication and transparency are important to me, as are mutual trust, fairness and give and take. That’s why every single employee is important to me and I want to create a positive environment in which everyone can contribute their ideas and excel. My goal for our team is for us to enjoy our work, to move our company forward together and for everyone to pitch in.
