Our dedicated IT team acts as an in-house IT service provider for all hardware and software issues. Our in-house team consists of Alexander and our working student Luis. They are supported by an IT system house, which has been with us since the company was founded 14 years ago and provides us with comprehensive support.

This Is our Job
Essentially, we are responsible for maintaining and developing the IT landscape for the Aristo Group and the entire group of companies, which comprises a total of five sales organizations and the service provider at three locations in the DACH region.
We also manage the digitalization and use of hardware and future-proof software and administer these for all employees.
In recent years, we have developed a back office management system and converted the CRM system to a new technology. We have also mastered the introduction of Microsoft 365 for the entire Group and the coronavirus-related reorganization of all our hardware.
What Makes Working in our Team so Special
The range of tasks is incredibly diverse – so we never get bored. There are always topics that can be optimized, and technical challenges are always part of our everyday life with ongoing digitalization.
As a team, we work closely with all departments in our company and understand the needs of all colleagues as well as the interrelationships of cross-departmental processes. This means that not only the technical, but also the procedural component is strongly pronounced in any risk analysis. The family atmosphere is also really nice and promotes cohesion between all departments.
Thanks to the owner-managed company structure, we have a very short decision-making process when it comes to ideas or challenges, which makes our work much easier.
