This Is our Job
In Business Management, our task is to support all sales teams in our group of companies in the area of contracts and compliance and to ensure that all processes run smoothly and in accordance with regulations. To do this, we work closely with our clients and candidates. Our main tasks include creating, checking and managing contracts. These must comply with all agreements, legal regulations and internal guidelines. We also monitor compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
In close cooperation with our clients and candidates, we also clarify administrative and organizational issues. In this way, we strengthen relationships and ensure a high level of satisfaction on both sides. We also provide comprehensive support for our team by providing administrative assistance to consultants and management and organizing training and development for the team.

Hi, I’m Katja and I’ve been part of the Aristo Group for over 10 years. My career path is certainly a little unusual. I have “evolved” into my current role as Head of Legal & Compliance through the growth of our group of companies. A challenge? Absolutely! As someone who didn’t have a traditional legal education, it was particularly difficult at the beginning to translate the “legalese” into understandable words. In addition, the legal situation is constantly changing.
But where there are challenges, there are also opportunities: my communication is straightforward, understandable and commercially oriented. I have also developed the ability to weigh up risks and make entrepreneurial decisions in my previous jobs, which benefits me greatly in my role. This also includes knowing the limits of your own abilities and relying on external advice from our partner law firms when necessary.
People sometimes ask me whether the many legal issues don’t make my job “dry”. I can say: absolutely not! The core of my work is the people behind every contract and the pursuit of solutions that offer added value for all parties. That’s exactly what I find so enriching! Continuous learning, intensive exchange with industry colleagues and legal experts, reading judgments … I invest a lot in order to fulfill the demands that my job places on me every day, even as the leader of a team. This has enabled me to bake my own dream job!
