Our Model for Your Career Development

The Aristo Academy

At the Aristo Group, you are in control of your career: It is important to us that you have full transparency about your individual development opportunities for your career path and know what your next step is at any time. For each level, there are clearly defined goals that apply to every employee. We measure these with the help of our badge system, individual key figures, and other milestones.

In addition, our Academy offers various courses and workshops on both professional and personal topics.

We Support Your Individual Career Path

Career Development 2

Onboarding Program & Your Personal Mentor

We will provide you with all the important skills and techniques so you can hit the ground running in your new job. Your personal mentor will support you in all professional and personal matters and accompany you through the first time in your new job.

Career Development 3

Training for Professional & Personal Development

After the onboarding program, we continue with training sessions and workshops to support and challenge you both professionally and personally. We work together with our in-house trainers and colleagues as well as with external coaches.

Career Development 4

Management Program & Leadership Trainings

If you decide to become a mentor for new employees yourself and build up your own team, we will prepare you with the help of our leadership programs. You can exchange experiences with other colleagues and receive valuable feedback from proven experts.

Our Inhouse Trainers

Our internal training and development team will support you in your personal development – from the onboarding to the leadership programs. We constantly optimize our development offers, challenge ourselves, and are always happy to receive feedback in order to get the best possible results for our employees.

Regardless of your area of expertise, you will also have the opportunity to build and expand your own team, develop new team members, and take on leadership responsibilities later on – if that is what you aim for and this path matches your career aspirations.
