About the Aristo Group

The Aristo Group was founded in 2010 by Florian Wiedner and aims for becoming the best recruitment agency in the life science industry and related sectors ever since. We are convinced that with the help of our work, we make an important contribution to innovation and developments in the life science sector to ultimately support our society. We aspire to be a reliable partner for our clients and candidates to support them in crucial decisions. We want to be the first choice for project and personnel matters in the life science sector not only in the DACH region but beyond.

Not only during the recruiting process, we put high emphasis on commitment and quality, but we also do our best for our own team! We see ourselves as a platform for individual growth for every one of our colleagues and provide the ideal opportunities for personal and career development. 2010

Florian Wiedner founds the Aristo Group and starts procuring experts in the pharmaceutical industry

2012

The Aristo Group diversifies its portfolio and starts staffing permanent positions

2013

The Aristo Group is growing and proudly employs ten staff members 

2014

The Aristo Group starts placing permanent employees in the medical devices sector

2015

The Aristo Group launches the best onboarding program in the recruiting industry and starts placing engineering experts in the life science sector

2016

The Aristo Group opens a new office in Switzerland including all required licences

2019

The Aristo Group expands into the Romandie and becomes one of the top three personnel agencies within the life science sector in Switzerland

2020

The Aristo Group celebrates its tenth birthday!

2022

Aristo opens another location in Austria with a new office in the center of Vienna

2025

We celebrate 15 years Aristo Group!

Our Responsibility

As an organization, we obtain an important responsibility for our society. Therefore, we are an active member in different associations of the life science industry and the recruiting sector. In addition, we also like to give back to our society directly and dedicate ourselves for children suffering cancer in Munich.

APSCO Germany (Association Professional Staffing Companies) is the German association for the recruitment industry. Members are international and domestic personnel agencies based in Germany.

The association represents the interests of its members with regard to the Code of Conduct and lobbying and has set itself the goal of making the professional profile of the personal consultant more familiar in Germany. Aristo is a founding member of APSCO Germany. Our management is in the Committee of Representatives.

swissstaffing is the association of staffing service providers in Switzerland. The main task of the employers’ association is to represent and promote the interests of the Swiss staffing industry in politics, business and society. Another task is to improve the image of temporary employment.

To this end, swissstaffing works with partners such as the Swiss Employers’ Association and the Swiss Trade Association, but also with the WEC – World Employment Confederation, SECO – State Secretariat for Economic Affairs, Suva – Swiss Accident Insurance Fund and economiesuisse – the umbrella organisation of the Swiss economy.
